Production is the functional area responsible for turning milk into finished outputs through a series of production processes. The Production Manager is responsible for making sure that raw milk is provided and made into finished goods effectively.
Among the many activities the department is involved is receiving and grading members milk to ensure that it conforms to the set standard. Processing the same into various nutritious mouth-watering milki brands, among which is milki yoghurt in cups and bottles, milki fermented (lala) and processed milki fresh milk on tap dispensed through various automated milk machines spread out in Eldoret town CBD and its suburbs
